Happy Easter!

We had a lot of fun this weekend. On Friday night we had a girls night at Stratton's. It was so much fun hanging out with the girls! We were up until after 10pm which my girls are not use to doing. When we got home the boys were up watching "Transformers" having their boys night party. The next morning I took the three oldest to the primary activity at 10am. We got to make Graham Cracker houses, color pictures to look like stain glass, and do an obstacle course. It was fun. After it was over we went home and picked up Steve, K, and Jason (Steve's brother) and went to Pontious' for an Easter party. We got to see the cousins, most of whom we haven't seen since Christmas. Steve and I have two new nephews and one new niece from his family so far this year. There will be another baby this summer. Back to the party....we had a wiener roast and an Egg hunt. Each cousin got to find 15 eggs. We went home to drop off those who were feeling under the weather (K and Na) and Steve and Jason to watch them. Then Ree, Vin, and I went to Walker's. They went for a tractor ride, got to ride a horse, and of course an egg hunt and eating more food. Vin loved riding the horse, he even sat on it backwards. When Ree got on her face showed fear and her hands gripped the saddle horn so tight that her knuckles were white. Grandpa lead the horse to the end of the drive and back. When she got back her face looked relaxed but her knuckles were still white.

On Sunday only Ree, Vin and I went to church. We were a little late but we made it in time to partake of the sacrament. In primary I had four in my class. One of the boys in my class is having a hard time adjusting. He turned three the end of December so he is the youngest, also he comes about every other week. I understand he was really sick recently. Anyway, on Sunday he was having a hard time being reverent. I talked to him a few times, then took him out to talk to his dad. We worked out that if he could be reverent he would get a surprise when he went home. After that I'd say, "I want to tell your dad that you are being reverent." Then told him how he could be reverent. He would say, "I'm reverent!" and he did really good. My class is gradually learning how to be reverent. Another young man in my class, who likes to run off, only ran off once on Sunday. He is also getting better at staying with our class instead of trying to go sit with his sister.
Sunday night I went to my parent's for my mom's birthday, celebrated last night and today (today is her birthday). I stayed until 11pm talking to my mom, sisters, brother-in-law, brother and his girlfriend. Well, my brother and his girlfriend left about 10pm. It was nice to sit and visit.
