On Friday Steve told me about this personal trainer who is training the Utah Jazz Dancers and that he had a site that I needed to check out.

So I checked it out and there are a bunch of free workouts on his site. Today I tried the "Infinity." What a workout! I got up to 12 reps within 20 minutes before I couldn't do any more.
As I was trying to do some cardio at a high intensity one of the personal trainers came over and talk to me. I was suppose to do a session with him last week but didn't. Anyway, he asked if I was still interested in doing the session and I told him I had just started these FitZone workouts. He asked where I got the information and how much I paid. I told him. I think it surprised him when I said it was free. He said the workouts look good "but be careful because they are generalized not customized for each person." I understand customizing workouts to each individual, but wouldn't it be better if I found something I'd like to do than something someone else thinks I should do? Anyway, he asked me to keep him posted on how it works out for me. I noncommitedly said "k." (The trainers change just often enough that I'm not even sure he'll be around in a few weeks.)
So back to the FitZone workouts. I found over 18 workouts (for free) that are weight and cardio workouts. They all look like they could be customized for each individual pretty easily.

I'll have to check that website out. I wish I had more time to exercise, but now it's mostly chasing after two little boys. It's sufficient, I suppose.
My sister inlaw and I want to loose weight! So she and I made a bet, the one to loose the most by thanksgiving gets $100! ( Iknow no betting!) She has a couple of friends doing it now so the pool is up to $400! She is winning and my butt is not getting smaller, Yet! Good luck!!!!!
Way to go! The site sounds interesting. Someday when I get off this crappy couch I can't wait to get back to exercising.
