I love to read. When I was younger occasionally I'd think how fun it would be to write a book. Then came the day when I was told to write a paper and it needed to be so many pages. I wrote the paper, it was to short. I rewrote it adding as much as I could, still to short. Again, and again. Every time it was to short.
Every time I've been told to write a paper making sure it is at least .....pages long, I've always written shorter than the required number of pages.
The same thing with blogging. I read the creative and descriptive posts and think..."I would love to be able to write like that!" It seems I'm a "short and sweet" or "right to the point" type of person. That isn't bad, but sometimes I would like to be able to write something that would make me think "Wow! That is creative and descriptive." (or something similar)
Well, at least I can enjoy the writing of others! Let the reading resume!

I disagree with all my heart! I have loved reading your posts and have felt they were quite descriptive. In fact, what you just wrote was perfect. It was descriptive and understood completely without bringing in your mother's aunt's best friend's sister's friend who lives down the street next to the house with the purple door opinion.......know what I mean? Short isn't always a bad thing!!! :o)
Rachel - I concur. Love reading your posts, Cassie! And I don't know how much more descriptive we would want about waterproof tape and all of it's uses. :)~

I feel the same. Some blogs are just wonderful reads, while mine....not so much. But my blog is really for me anyway, so I'm over it.
