Friday night Ree had a piano recital. She played Romanze. I didn't start recording early enough to hear her announce the piece and cut it off as the applause began, but I got the entire song.
She has taken one year of piano and the newness of practicing has worn off, although she still enjoys playing. We have decided to take a break from formal lessons over the summer. Her piano teacher leaves on his mission at the beginning of July so we are going to take this summer to find a new piano teacher.

That is so awesome, Chastina. One year of piano is quite an accomplishment. I need to get on the ball and get Tyler some lessons too. Let me know if you find a new teacher!

Wow great job!! My parents tried to make me have piano lessons, but I only made it to one. haha... She looked so good playing it.
