I'm freezing!

It's funny how my house can be the exact same temperature day after day, yet some days I freeze. During the winter we keep our house about 68 degrees F., which is great when I want to snuggle under a blanket or have been active. It also makes 69 or 70 degrees F. feel really warm. The vents on our main level are all in the ceiling. So our kitchen floor (cement covered with vinyl) is FREEZING! I can wear socks and slippers and still my feet freeze. If I could keep my hands and feet warm I'd be warm. My usual way to deal with being chilled is to make a cup of hot cocoa. Since I've been trying to watch my calories I haven't done that as often. Man I miss my hot cocoa! What's a girl to do?

Drink the cocoa with whipped topping or marshmallows!!! Our house feels like that to sometimes warm others cold. Weird

Do you like herbal tea. That will warm you up also and doesn't have near the calories!

I'm with you on this post! You hit the nail on the head! I'm freezing too and hot cocoa (my favorite) or cider is just empty calories. Boo Hoo for us. Maybe we will have to try Crystal's herbal tea?

I feel the same way with our house. That is why Jason suprised me with an electric blanket. Now I am toasty warm. there has to be a healthy cocoa somewhere.

I feel that way too. I've been cranking the heat up to like 74 some days cause I can't get warm. Maybe you should buy one of those fashionable Snuggies!!

I am with you, it gets so cold in our house to. The worst is the kitchen floor, I feel like my toes are numb if I stand on it to long.
