I'm tired of looking at homes! In the last week we have looked at several homes online. (As a side note, if you list an ad on the internet please remove old ads when you relist it.) I can't tell you how many homes we've looked at several times because they are listed several times. And after HOURS of looking, the houses start to blend together. (Didn't we already look at this one or is it one that is similar to it?) I feel bad for my husband, since he's spent more time doing it than I have. And if I feel that way about it I can only imagine how he feels! Also, if you really want to "sell" something put a picture up. (Are you afraid people won't call if they see a picture of it?) Today we took some time to drive through neighborhoods and actually look at the houses in person. We still have a few more to look at. Luckily we still have time before we close.

House hunting is the worst, good luck hopefully you find something you love..
I have to agree on pictures! I hate going onto KLS classifieds and not seeing nay pictures. In my opinion: if there is no picture than it must not be worth looking at!
No fun, I always wonder why people don't clean up before taking a picture.

I totally agree: the picture thing should be a rule no matter what you're selling! You should come down and look at houses in P-town. It's where it's at. :)
I know!! Me too!! This should be the fun part. We are going out again tomorrow. We have a lot of good homes on the list so I hope we fall in love with one of them.
