I can’t believe that it is April already. We are getting ready for Spring Break. Not sure what all we will do, but the kids are excited for a break from school.
Here are a few things we’ve been up to.
Mr. K made this “chia pet” at school. He enjoys giving it “hair cuts”.
We registered Ree for Junior High. She took a test at the end of March to see if she she qualified for the accelerated math class. She passed!
Ree also took a babysitting clinic offered by the city so she will be prepared for any emergencies.
We’ve been trying to let the kids try different things. Vin’s expressed an interest in rock climbing so we are trying it. He is LOVING it.
Here are the kids watching General Conference:
I know they look so excited. They had just finished their Conference games (Conference Bingo) and were relaxing.
This week Mr. K has been having a tough week. Yesterday (Thursday) I got a call from the school. He had cut his eyelid on the gate just before school started.
Thanks to Mike (my BIL), we have some surgical glue so I took it with me. After examining the cut we think it will heal fine without stitches so I glued it. He now has a little shiner. He even ended up staying at school after I glued his cut. What a tough Mr.!

It's too bad about the cut. I hope you have a wonderful Spring Break!
